Starting a new system if I can make profit with no earn run in 1st inning:

How many people are going to start a "system" for 1st run innings and never put the criteria or backtest for the system? Do you know any stats on 1st inning runs? I hope you no yes/no is basically 51/49 overall so making a coinflip with -130 juice is not very smart.

I would look into Indians games right now... as they are ice cold @ the plate early in games and their pitching seems to hold up for a couple innings before they lose it.
