Every time I'm on Detroit and Valverde comes into the game to close it out, I feel like an NFL player who sits on the sidelines and doesn't watch the FG being kicked as time expires.

BTW genius, Detroit is 12-14 in day games with a 4.01 ERA; Tampa is 10-10 with a 4.12 ERA. Detroit ranks 2nd in the AL in day BA; Tampa is dead-last.

I did think think it would be other way around, but this thread was about the totals, which I pretty much nailed. how is picking an under score different from what you said? did you really ask that? you were clearly advocating the over, some people lucked lucked out on the det over 4.5, but that was not a good bet. like I said the smart money was on the under, if you saw that game differently, you are looking at the wrong things.
