Is this team in a funk or not? Cant get a runner in to save their life. Something like 3 for 19 yesterday with runners in scoring position and already 8 or 9 LOB thru 4 today. Cant even hit a Sac Fly

why does HOU bring in Veras in the 9th when Wright has been doing just fine up to this point. i never understand the reasoning behind so many pitcher changes late in close games esp. when the previous pitcher hasnt given up any run.

i can understand them not tryin to burn them out if it was like the 7th. but this was top of the 9th. all he had to do was pitch 3 more outs. something he was having no problem doing in the previous inning. yet the coaches go. hmm its a tie game lets bring in a cold arm and put the game on his shoulders.

if you throw the guy multiple innings obviously you cant bring him back as soon and god knows stros gonna prob need their pen in coors (maybe not tho the way these fukks are playing)..

I would look over in the next two games in Coors. Rox were tap dancing on the bases just never got home. Should be different story in Colorado were their inflated offensive stats have revelancy.
