why is Baltimore -105?

Tampa Bay Rays Moore is on the mound today.
Even if Baltimore gets up to a big lead like the last game (up 4-0 in first inning) they will find a way to lose.
Tillman for Baltimore has also lost the last 2 starts against Moore.
They should be +120 at least.

I'm.not saying either way. Its just very interesting.. like Baltimore should/could have won their last 4 games. But something should be said for getting up big and not holding a lead. It's very troublesome.
