Yep, some bad beats tonight. It happens. Red Sox scored three early runs and then went silent (21 LOB overall), Brewers choked away the lead in the bottom of the eighth, and the Tigers have left 16 on base so far. We'll get it back soon enough. Going heavy on the Spurs could end up saving my night though.

Disgusting push on the Phillies play. Been a while since I've seen that many RISP failures by one team in a single game. 16 hits, 3 runs, 26 LOB for Philly -- 3 hits, 2 runs, 4 LOB for Minnesota....those kind of beats are the toughest ones to take....

With that and the Cardinals, it could have been a great day overall, but at least we finished on the positive side.
