i feel the loss of veritek was bigger than people might think. when players left the red sox team recent years they were asked what makes the red sox so great. the top answer from the alot of those players it was veritek that holds that team togather.

No. Red Sox have a lot of problems and need to solve them fast. With the White Sox, Twins and even the Blue Jays fighting, the Red Sox are in big trouble.

Varitek's loss is gonna kill this team. Also, any team relying on a washed up David Wells is just asking for trouble. I think they miss out.
