I was looking at the lines this morning and I see some value IMO on a couple "underdogs". Im contemplating the following plays:
Braves/Phillies Over 6.5 +103
Red Sox +107
Angels +107
The Sox have taken both games so far EASILY from the Yankees (In New York), what makes everyone think a third is so far-fetched? That whole team is completely depleted and the fans are deflated from being KO'd by their hated rivals.
For the Over/Under the Braves have been hammering the ball this series, plus the Phillies need to show they still remember how to play the game. The weather would be my only concern here... I figured I'd take it because of the line anyway.
As for the Angels, they have too many hitters for me to continuously bet against them. Again, I liked the value here as a dog, so I'm looking for any easy payout on a beautiful early start in Cincinnati.
