speaking of home dogs, i stole a quik unit tonyt on NHL playoffs...i chekked the score and it was tied going into ot (ie. a coin flip)...i decide beforehand i'll take either team...as long as it's plus money...the away team, pittsburgh penguins had greatly outshot the home team (who were up in the series 2-0)...so i got the home team, leading the series for +money on a "next goal wins" coin-flip...along with your 3-0 and Biffer's TAM and NoCoin's strong TOR lead...i had a good 'un...all coming to fruition after the WhiteSox made us swear, sweat and suffer for that crucial day's first "W"...

ok, here's the backbone...the top 10 movies of all time...in each of 10 categories...
every single movie of the 100 listed is worth watching (most cinema-fare, eg. "fast and furious part X: dumbass subtitle" is not)...only problem with the list is it is just too short, so when i first posted this about a year ago, the board added quiet a few elite-quality flicks to each category...we could do the same again
also...the idea is not to compare movies or argue rankings...i like the list...but absolutely ignore the relative rankings...inclusion on the list is the thing...your favorite is my 9th favorite..who gives a shit if u both agree it's a well-worth-watching classic...so feel free to ADD to the list...and debate if u want to the right of a film to be considered an elite great...but no hair-splitting "you ranked ___ over ___"...that's what i hate...and, as i recall, the reason why i first floated this in pacos thread last year...cuz i like a good list...i just hate the fact that they'r almost always ranked...gimme a list of "all killer-no filler" and let me subjectively rank them myself...but excellence/value is like beauty...in the eye of the beholder...Comment -

I think Fit and PAC should do a daily 20 minute podcast. PAC can talk about his picks, Fit can talk daily about art and culture with a weekly segment on math, where he'll go over things like bankroll management, excel sheet data mining.
