He has really cooled down from that amazing start, but I think they should have left his bat on the bench instead of demoting him.

i think this was a good move for the tigers. this young team needs a few more vets to help these youngsters out down the streach. besides, casey is a .304 lifetime hitter, and that sure doesn't hurt matters at all.

Casey, Roberto Hernandez, Oliver Perez and Craig Wilson! So much for that feel-good feeling McClatchy was hoping for after hosting the All-Star Game this summer.

i agree 100% bud, but the pirates wanted to build around those two players for the future. my only question is what type of future would that be for this team 2nd to last place
