I checked out caribsports.com and looks like over 65% of 6000 bets is on Kansas City......is there something I dont know here? Why would the majority of people be betting on KC vs Boston?

Well Im not an expert around here but underdogs like KC 2night have great value. So they are very popular with some players. Plus Boston hasn't been playing very well of late.Comment -
Lester has been having serious problems with control, which haven't hurt him yet, but are sure to if they continue. 25 BB in 37 IP is not good. That may be why, and if it is, it's a very legitimate reason. Lester's W/L record and ERA are very misleading and not at all something he can maintain, unless he corrects his control problems, which seem entrenched in him.
Still, Kansas City is misleading as a good underdog on the road. On the year they have a -21% return (-7% in July) on the road, and a 16% return (56% in July) at home. Their underdog value seems to be greatly enhanced at home.
On the other hand, they are much better when Esteban German is in the lineup, which he is tonight.Comment
