Starting Line Ups

I'm a little new to this, but how soon (if they do) do Teams post their Starting Line Up before the game? Also, where would this info be post?

They are posted anywhere from 2-4 hours before game time, with an occasional late scratch.

I use this, but i've heard there are others.
