I ask for it to be graded

Liam: I understand your concern and let me check that for you, Andrew.
Liam: Please let me put you on hold for 3-5 minutes while I investigate your query.
    Andrew Mauro: yep thanks
    Liam: You are welcome.
Liam: Thank you for patiently waiting.
Liam: I was able to confirm that the pitchers stated on your bet has not yet pitched yet.
    Andrew Mauro: no problem
Liam: We could void the bet for you for one time courtesy.
Andrew Mauro: the bet is for the cardinals to have 4 + runs
    Andrew Mauro: they have 6
    Andrew Mauro: no voiding
Liam: Your bet is SF Giants (T Lincecum) at STL Cardinals| (A Wainwright) - Home Total Runs - Over 3.5.
    Liam: As per the rules:
    Liam: 1. GENERAL RULES:

    a. Listed Pitchers: All pre-match baseball betting is offered on the basis that both the pitchers listed at the time the bet is struck start the game and throw at least one pitch each.

    b. If either pitcher fails to start, all bets placed pre-match are void but bets placed in-play stand.
Andrew Mauro: both pitchers did start
Andrew Mauro: im watching the game
Andrew Mauro: now they have 7
Liam: Please hold while I have that checked.

So you overreacted and got it resolved in a span of 3 minutes?

Looks like you need to demonstrate a little more patience and wait until you're sure they're not paying you out before you badmouth them. Could of been a simple error.

I had discussion with regards to goals being scored before or after a certain time in a hockey game and they made an error in grading and thought they were right. Took a few but in the end they got it right ....
