Wind in St Louis....any homestreaders?

I see reported winds of 15-18MPH out to centre field.
Live close and can look out the window???
Anybody know if this will have a big effect on the ball.

i live bout 15 min from stadium,,bout to leave to go to the gm,, i mean there a breeze but right now it isnt anything crazy,,it is also quite cool which isnt a great thing if you looking for ball to carry..i do like the over 1st 5 as between these 2 pitchers i have a hard time thinking they both on top of their gm...
