So I bet online, and I am only 20. I live with my grandma who is 70 and we live in Las Vegas and she really supports me betting sports. Last week I got my first pay out of 6300.00 from BetDSI, and she thought I was doing a pretty good job and she wanted to start putting bets in at the Casino. I taught her about the Moneyline, and Runline in baseball and she said she was going to start putting bets in.
She said she wanted to start with 500 dollars so she has been betting 25 dollars per game. She started a couple nights ago with Baltimore and Detroit the night Verlander pitched and went 2-0 and won 57 dollars. She was so excited and really got into watching the games and met a couple people at the sportsbook that she enjoyed talking to about the games.
Yesterday she took the Cardinals Moneyline and Orioles Moneyline and went 1-1 and won 6 dollars. She was so excited again telling me how much more fun it was to watch the games when she had a small amount of money on it. So she was up 63 dollars after 2 days.
Today she said, well I'm up 63 so she put 50 on the Tigers moneyline. Today she is all excited because she won 65 dollars on the Tigers and is up almost 120 dollars and is 4-1 on bets so far.
She is all excited to hit the sportsbook tomorrow and has been reading all about the starting pitchers and everything. She just learned about the over/under today when talking to a guy who works at the sportsbook at Aliante Casino and says she likes that idea.
Tomorrow she is taking St. Louis Moneyline for 25 and 25 dollars on the under.
I think it's a pretty cool story for a 70 year old retired lady, she really is enjoying this experience.
