Wait, but im the one laughing, now? Yankee d bags, Jeter laughing and acting like a jerkoff. Valverde sucks but at least the tigers arent a bunch of clowns, they even kept their heads up high after the umps were clearly giving Fister a smaller strikezone than Petite and you still saw Yankees complaining about calls. But you gotta give credit to the tigers, they don't bitch about balls and strikes and the baseball gods have been rewarding them.

I never used to hate the Yankees, I actually liked them a lot when Torre was the manager but I just really dislike Cano, Girardi and I feel like Jeter is a completely different person, and acts like a dick and never used to. I just think they suck and even the tigers with their closer issue will have no problem with them, this series and the Yankees should be up 1-0 but instead they left the bases loaded 3 times and they have no grit, and Girardi is a shittiy manager.

I'm not a Yanks fan but I did bet them tonight.

Swish play was awful. I'm not a Jeter fan but hate to see that happen to a guy that gives it his all (unlike most of the Yankees) Hopefully it's minor but looks like he may miss some time.

I'm a Braves fan, BTW, I'm used to our season being done this time of year. Remember, warning track fly balls are now infield fly rule plays

Haha exactly, someone told me Swisher is the Brandon Jacobs of the MLB, he cheers when he gets 6 yards on a 3rd and 7. He is just an asshole and the whole Yankees line-up is struggling, and everyone can see the only reason Granderson and Cano hit so many home-runs is because of that right field little league outfield wall. Why does everyone think that A-Rod is struggling so much, it's because he is a righty, not saying that left field is short, but it's a lot farther than that 1st grade porch. When they play of the road they are funny to watch, couldn't hit a home run for shit. Lucky they even scored 4 runs in the 9th, 2 home runs on 1 line drive that gets out no where else, and a pop up that is a routine play anywhere else. The better team won even though that home plate umpire decided to call every pitch a ball that Fister or the bullpen threw for the Tigers. Pitch track thing is awesome at showing the amount of balls that are called when it is clearly a strike. I think Tigers win this series 4-1, keep giving us plus numbers on teams like Detroit and St. Louis and we will continue to win!

Yeah I think that pitch track thing isnt entirely accurate, but it is a good thing overall and its CLEARLY showing that the tigers are getting hosed and the irony is that that Oakland and Yanks have been bitchhing about calls more. You gotta be used to it as a Detroit fan, you dont blame outsiders for hating, its not a marketable city and the Yankees make for better ratings, even with the best hitter and best pitcher in the world on the tigs, thats how shallow our society is, sad huh?

On a side note though, did anyone else notice how the 1st and 2nd base umps were giving the tigers all the calls. It seemed like they had the tigers and the home plate ump had the Yankees. I wouldnt be surprised, sports are so fixed these days.

Yeah the first base umpire definitely had the Tigers moneyline, he called Cano out on that play and every swing attempt that was appealed was called safe.
