Why take the A's plus 1.5? I mean the value isn't that good laying -150 on a team that's playing Verlander? Whenever Verlander pitches there is a great chance that team gets shut out.

Tigers haven't exactly been tearing the cover off the ball offensively. Could very well be a 1 run game either way
I thnk Oak has a great chance to win outright, I think +1.5 is a good bet, but I have bigger balls so i'd take them on the ML myself
