LT is Pirates play based solely on AJ and nice run of quality starts? Sheets is no guaranteed couple of innings and what they have coming in behind him has been trash this season, two guys just called up. whole lotta bullpen. couple of ABs for Atlanta starters. i'm on over anyway, best of luck as always on the others!

do you typically do well in playoffs too?

i'm pretty new to baseball but in nba for example playoffs are generally a good time to make money.

Volume is a lot less in playoffs, harder to find value generally speaking

Some tough luck today LT.. If Cubs win that will be a harsh blow.. Thats the reason I can't bet twice sides and overs... would drive me crazy. Anywho, thanks for all your picks and assisting me in having a winning MLB season

last week the cookie was crumbling largely our way...lately the opposite...

if you're getting +103 on "happy hour" no-zero roulette spins...it's always the right bet (with sensible BR-management=bet-sizing, of course) to hit each and every special-payout spin with a unit...

the fact that each and every spin you play is +eV does not change the fact that the reds and blacks will come in waves, bringing waves of positive and negative variance...but over time...the upmoves will outweigh the downmoves and equity will grow

same thing with well capped games...all may be +eV (as is each bet on Black, say in the example above)...but the games hitting the field is like the ball being spun...hot and cold "streaks" are inevitable...but if you consistently put on plays with a edge (like LT has proven over time that he does) ...then the up waves will outpace the downwaves and equity will build up

so choose and stick with a sensible bet-size...then "place your bets" and enjoy the long-term bumpy up-ride
