Lannan is just garbage. He's the guy that's supposed to fill Strasburgs shoes and its not working. This guy throws a 88 mph fastball and his stuff isn't that great. After watching what Philly did to Detwiller (another lefty) I'd have to go with the Phillys. Man, Nats have been the team all year but they're slumping at the wrong time.
