SCAM - Vitalbet is holding back winnings for 4 ( ! ) months

On October 12, 2016 I made the following post: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...l#post26382274

4 months gone and the match is still under review.

Brad Scott from SBR is already involved in this case from the beginning. He knows how ridiculous Vitalbet is acting in this case. Vitalbet lied all the time as they were claiming both the ESSA (European Sports Security Association) and the EJL (Estonia Football Association) would investigate on that match which both turned out as a lie. I have been in contact with Mr. Mihkel Uiboleht who is the the Integrity Officer of EJL and Mr. Khali Ali, the Secretery General of ESSA. They both confirmed me that there are absolutely no investigations on that relevant match. Brad Scott knows about it.

So in the meantime I wrote like 50 e-mails and got 50 answers from Vitalbet in which they were saying that there is nothing they can do for me. Since January 10 they do not even reply on my requests anymore.

So I guess I got scammed by Vitalbet.

This case has already been brought to the attention for SBR's news editor. I hope that he'll make an article about it.

Please stay away from this Scambook!

It is disturbing how they continue to simply say they match is under investigation and you must wait when you have shown neither body they claimed was doing the investigation knows about it.

I have also a issue on that scambook. They hold my payout for about 4 weeks, they also have been saying that my account is under investigation. And just a while ago they told me that they found out that there has been a bug on the live casino where i got my winnings. Check this copy of their email regarding on confiscating my winnings for a ridiculous reason.

Obviously this scambook has put all its money into the sponsorship of Manny Pacquiao and EPL club Swansea City.

For paying out customers' winnings no money left.

I suggest you submit a complaint here on their license distributor info@gaming-curacao.com . I sent a complaint there against vitalbet regarding my payout issue. They responded on my email about 4 days after and asked me to fill up a complaint form so we can open up a case. Check this http://imgur.com/a/aUPPw .

    Thanks, worth a try.

But honestly, did you ever hear of somebody who got serious help from a Curacao authority? This f*cking island (sorry for that but it's true in a way) gives licences to every scammer in the world who has a few dollars in his pocket.

The most issues I had with sportsbooks (and I had a lot) were such with a Curacao license. Malta/Gibraltar/Isle of Man/UK/Belgium/Germany/Austria licensed books are far less problematic than those Carribean ones (Costa Rica, Panama not better).

Honestly i never had, but they have responded on my email just few days ago, i asked for an update on the complaint form that i have sumbitted that was provided by themselves. Here is their reply

We are in the process of investigating your complaint. We need to receive all information from not only VitalBet but the third party software company that supplies the games. Once all relative material has been received we will review.

^^^ You have written to the wrong license issuer by the looks.

    Try info@gaming-curacao.com instead.

    Tilting at windmills.

I know it's naive but at least I can get them on their nerves and as long as they don't block my e-mails every time I send them an e-mail an employee is busy with deleting or replying those mails. It might take only few seconds but it always costs them some money to work on it.

    RESOLVED.

After 8 months of investigating they finally graded the bets as won and paid out the money.

Overall I sent 50+ e-mails to Vitalbet, Gaming/Compliance Curacao, Estonia Football Association and European Sports Security Association and kept reminding them week by week. It paid off.

Wow. Have to say I am surprised but pleased for you!

When the book continued to straight out lie about making official reports about suspicious betting I was thinking they will go out of business before admitting they are wrong.

I guess I was too hasty.

Indeed they credited the winnings to my account but now I'm already waiting for two weeks on the withdrawal. They refused to pay out the money via Neteller but insisted on a bank transfer. So I submitted my bank details on June 8th. I asked them 3 days ago when they will process the withdrawal. Yesterday they answered: "We will contact You as soon as we have more information regarding Your situation." That's it.
