He gave me an explanation for why he wanted to wear the mask and whether he's bullshitting or not... who knows really. But honestly the guy self-banned - I can't keep him banned if he asks to come back. It's after this whole saga that I've now sworn off getting involved in these situations again because just like I predicted in his first thread, it turns into a big back and forth with emails and PMs that are just a mess. If someone wants to make one of these "if xyz doesn't happen then mods can ban me" threads again I'm just going to tell them from now on to grow some balls, be a man of their word and stop logging in.

I know that. And I told him he had to make a vid in the thread to come back. And then he asked me privately if it could be done with a mask, I asked you that privately and you said no and a few other things. He then came back to me with why he preferred to do it with a mask and after thinking about it, I was pushing it by even putting that requirement on him in the first place. Trust me... the guy causes more work for staff when he's around than when he's not but I have to be fair. He self-banned and he accepted the condition I put on of his return. I also might be a sucker for believing his reasons for not wanting to post without a mask but if he's full of shit, so be it, I'll cop that. I'll PM you what he said because reading his emails again he said it was ok for me to let you know.
