I never denied referring people. I had no problems with the book at the time players asked me for referrals. When my funds were eventually stolen, I filed a SBR complaint & publicly blasted 18th on this forum & other forums as well.

I deny being a part of 18th management, who eventually stole players funds including mine. I played there, profiting tremendously on arbs & 100% cash reload bonuses. Profiting way more than what was eventually stolen from me, it's a risk/reward concept that your feeble mind simply can't grasp.

I stated my challenge many times to you & others. Present your evidence to SBR. If SBR finds I was a part of 18th Hole management stealing players funds, I will promptly transfer 80k to you. But when SBR doesn't find in your favor you'll just be banned again, but this time a well deserved lifetime ban.

what you did in violation of RICO was work with 18th's hole management in furthering their ponzi scheme.... you do not need to be management to conspire with said management to run a ponzi scheme.... I will set forth the statutes you violated, federal and state, and prepare a formal jury charge.... a conviction on any of those charges, you pay the 80k......

Nothing missed, but to clarify...If SBR sportsbook complaint employees agree to be the impartial jury, as I will not accept a jury comprised of posters.

I don't usually note, I just love to listen and enjoy the banter. However, There must be " Due Process " afforded here. You can' have a jury trial without a Judge or Arbitrator !! The cost of the courts would most likely be around 80K as this most certainly will be an extended case !

i suggest we use one of the numerous vacant houses next to waves very humble abode as the courtroom..... this way the jury can do a walk through of waves rundown shanty, to view the crime scene and to put waves' scamming activities into their proper context.

we need to get official word from sbr as to whether there are 12 impartial employees at SBR who are willing to serve as jurors....

I have a real concern on the impartiality front, as we all recall that just a few years back, when my pet chimp, Bongoqualia, "visited" sbr headquarters down in Costa Rica with a formal request to remove the doom switch from my poker play, things didn't go so well:

not to mention, after word got back to local authorities about Bongo's international feats, they put his dumb ass under surveillance, and of course caught him f'n up within six months, stealing shit around my neighborhood, and took him from me. So now he sits down at the H-town zoo, in their f'n chimp tank, where at least he's used his street smarts to survive. (not to mention has become a gang leader in H-town's pathetic "chimp prison."

I visit him every other weekend or so, and slip him an 8-ball and some blunts. He's managed to con various zookeepers to get the rest of the shit he needs to survive (cigarettes, booze, pussy, etc.).....

still, as you can see from this vid, he longs for his life back at DonkLand, where he was free to roam, stealing from neighbors, getting high, and having sex with as many cats as he could catch..... I can see he's bored shitless, but it is what it is:
