Here's what I do

-Shadowboxing, because it hurts too much to hit the wall.

-Pray on floor

-Immediately apply for more credit cards

I agree with this style on wagering but a loss still hurts. I try to get a frustration lay off of the wife. Over the years she has learned to root against me sometimes just to get a real good romp. She is such a bitch.

When I lose a big bet, best thing for me to do is shut off the computer and refuse to turn it on for the rest of the day.

Obviously some are good enough with dealing with it to the point that they don’t have to worry about trusting themselves with their accounts, but most are not. You only make matters worse when you have access to your account after a big loss.

You can wake up fresh and make a few small bets to get a feel for things again.

I say "fuk" then my girlfriend knows I am losing a bet. She then I go on ebay and add to my prewar high grade collection.. by spending way more money than I should be.

Either take a nap (usually do that during a game in process of losing), or start cleaning up around my apartment. After the swearing and down grading of the team I bet on.
