    What's wrong with the Duke Blue Devils?

    They can't even break in to the top 5 rankings?
    Something fishy here isn't there?
    Who has a solid and reasonable opinion , why they are snubbed here lately?

    Also, they just beat Geo. Tech to death last week.

    If you are looking to bet on them to win it all you are barking up the wrong tree. The answer is simple to why. Instead of looking for what their weaknesses are, you should work on looking at the teams that are better "TEAMS" and you will find more viable options.

    Lots of injuries on their end as well. Could be a nice fade come tourny time. Current odds about 5/1 and I think they are still the favorite.

    They do get the studs. They get the highest rated recruits other than Kentucky. But you can never be sure those guys really give a damn about playing college basketball.

    their freshman have missed alot of practice and playing time. They have 2 months to make up for lost time, right now there's a lack of true cohesion among that team. They might struggle at Louisville Saturday win the next 3 but then they go to ND which hasn't been friendly to Duke (Brey has won 5 straight against Duke), then Pitt then UNC.

    They just won the title 2 years ago. I'll take older coaches over younger depending on how much older and how much younger.
    Last years it was Jay Wright 55 vs Roy Williams 66
    year before it was Mike Kryz 69 vs Bo Ryan 69
    2013 you had Rick Pitino 64 vs John Beilein 63

    Put a 60 year old coach against a 35 year old coach with equivalent talent and I'll take the 60 year old 75 percent of the time
