Just booked extra nights for Thursday and Friday. Will we have to move rooms for SBR free nights? Or is there anything to hopefully have same room all nights.

If you book with the SBR link, I believe they will keep you in the same room.

I see both types of rooms available again for Friday now. Via the SBR link.

Try clicking 'edit search' on the page and check it shows the correct dates and number of guests

Did anyone stay late after checkout at the last bash? Looking at booking a 4:30 AM flight out the next morning and can't see paying for another night when I'm going to have to leave for the airport before I'm usually going to bed.

guys not rocket science here.............when properties give "rack rates" to organizations, they get a specific amount of rooms, not how many rooms the property still has available..........

Obviously not true as some people are getting rooms using the link.

If what you are saying is true, it means SBR people are cancellation reservations for the extra nighst and then other SBR members are then booking the same rooms opening up within the block

The below date range is showing availability for us for both King and Double rooms through the reservation link currently. Remember to only include one full day if you'd be arriving a day early, since the weekend is already covered. Have you tried this morning?

Believe me, I've tried numerous times over the last 3 days. I've edited, refreshed different days... Maybe there's a problem when I do it from my phone. I'll try from home computer when I get home tomorrow

All set now. It was definitely an issue from doing it from my phone. When I got home I had no problem at all from my home computer.

Out of curiosity, I went back on my phone and tried again and still had the same issue. Don't know why this is but I'm all set now.

You should have got the link as soon as you were confirmed if you indicated wanting to stay for extras. PM to SBR Forum ASAP before this joint really gets booked out.
