Coleman plays 5 token minutes a game, it's a non-factor. Jerami Grant has stepped up and is playing as well as James. JB only plays 7 usually anyway, this won't be a factor.

I'd be more worried if I was on Pitt about that big oaf Adams fouling out, Pitt has depth but a bunch of average players. Keita will come off the bench to spell the forwards for us and Cooney will do the same for the guards but MCW and Triche will play most of the minutes and they're use to playing the whole game plus have had a nice break. Pitts guards can't contain ours, the only advantage will be rebounding but expect a big game from CJ Fair on offense and on the glass.

He averages not even 8 minutes in Big East play, his minutes are inflated by the cupcakes and his token starts where he's pulled at the first chance. JB would be Boeheim and yes that is our bench. JB always plays 7 and usually the same 5 when it's crunch time, Pitt isn't good enough to take advantage of when he gets the players a few minutes rest in the 1st half then expect to see MCW/Triche/Fair/Grant play the entire 2nd half. Keita or Rak will play center depending on who is playing better and may both be out there at the same time to give Grant a few minutes rest.

If I was going to play this game I would definitely lean Syracuse, to many match up problems for Pitt, especially inside-bunch of big bodies with no skill for Pitt. Boeheim will have his rotations ready as someone else said. I decided against betting on Syracuse, better games on the board IMHO.

im a pitt fan i live 10 min from campus and IMO the pens are playing at home at 1 there will be alot of ppl at that game instead of the pitt game so the home court advantage wont be as home courty if u get my drift

Adams hasn't fouled out yet, but he isn't that important either.

All 10 of Pitt's regular players are average. There is no drop off with their bench play in fact the bench has actually outscored the starters in a few games.

True, he isn't good enough or play enough minutes to foul out. You make a good point as to why to take Syracuse, they can throw all their depth at us and try to wear us out with their clutch and grab style defense which I know they will. Dixon wants this game bad, he's been going hard in practice all week so I know he's gonna send his players out in waves and play thug ball but that's fine, maybe the refs will call fouls for once but our talent will overcome it regardless.
