but you dont need a lot of weight with curls to get results, form is what really matters
i do 5 reps of 12 with 50 pound weights, but with perfect form, and that gets great results believe it or not
if all you care about is dikk swingin and bragging about numbers then your a looser
if you care about getting big and shredded, do 5 reps of 12 with 50 pound weights and youll see results for sureComment -

#6never really tried to do that many reps at such a low weight...usually at end of arms it be killing me to do drop sets of hammers, by time i get to 20 lbs i dont got much left..

#30I use 1 of 3 machines both arms so the weight is 125 thats good for me 4 sets of 10
I'll use different curling machines on different work out sometimes 2 in a work out I got to
9 stations then cardio. Lift weights before cardio so you work on muscle mass.Comment -

#35I do 300-400 reps of 5 pounds a day. A TV remote weighs like 4 pounds, but I have a universal so it's got more buttons and shit. Small weight high reps, that's where it's at.Comment
