Im with you on Utah State and Belmont thank that there is some value in those games. Utah State is not good but weber state is bad and Utah State is always tough at home no matter what. I think that Belmont also has a great chance of covering the -1 think that shouldn't be to hard as long as Belmont doesn't play like they can on the road sometimes against opponents they should beat.
