Pinnacle, Bet365, MarathonBet, these I use and they offer it. Pinnacle is probably the best, bet365 has OK limits and MarathonBet is redicolous.

Ok you meant Bovada - I'm just going off SB's list. Bodog has 2 books and neither allow US.

I remember a recent post someone saying Bodog and Bovada are under same management or something like that - not sure why there's restrictions on one and not the other.
