Falcons vs. Saints Prediction: Week 4 Odds, Picks & Best Bet

Two of the league's rising young quarterbacks will go head-to-head in an NFC South rivalry tilt on Monday Night Football as I make my Falcons vs. Saints prediction.
Michael Penix Jr. led the Falcons to their first win in his season debut against the Packers, while Tyler Shough has been airing it out under Saints coach Kellen Moore's tutelage. The Saints are a 2-point betting favorite, with kickoff at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans set for 8:15 p.m. ET (ESPN).

💰 Falcons vs. Saints prediction & best bet
Falcons +2.5 (-115 via FanDuel)
Falcons RB Bijan Robinson just ran rampant against the Packers in his last outing, logging 24-194-2. On Monday night, he'll face a Saints run defense that has allowed 108+ rushing yards in every game.
New Orleans had trouble containing previous star running backs like Jahmyr Gibbs and Derrick Henry. Robinson is a bona fide superstar, and he'll be a tough assignment for the Saints, who couldn't close out the Raiders during their home debut in Week 3.
Penix was locked in on WR1 Drake London in Green Bay. London finished with 9-194 on 10 targets. New Orleans has given up 200+ passing yards in every outing, while allowing the Lions and Raiders to each log 30+ points.
Atlanta's defense also deserved a ton of credit. The Falcons have held opposing teams under 70 rushing yards in every contest this season.
The line has crept down to Falcons +1.5 on select shops. I'm heading to FanDuel and grabbing the Falcons +2.5 at -115 odds.
📡 SBR Edge: What Home-Field Advantage?
The Falcons have won 4 straight road games against NFC opponents, while the road team has covered the spread in 5 straight games at Caesars Superdome.
Robinson and London Soar Past Saints
After the Falcons' 34-3 loss at home to the Panthers in Week 2, the team came together and throttled the Packers 35-14 on the road in prime time last week. Atlanta plays its second NFC South opponent for a chance at redemption, getting a huge boost from Penix as QB1.
Shough has been very impressive but the Saints' defense has been a turnstile so far. New Orleans could easily be a 3-0 team but the Falcons' core stars of Robinson and London are going to be too much for the Saints to handle. Atlanta rattles off a second straight road win.
Score prediction: Falcons 27, Saints 20
