Jayson Tatum Over 9.5 rebounds (-130) vs. 76ers

Over the last four weeks, Tatum ranks second in the NBA with 11 defensive rebounds per game. Additionally, he has grabbed 10 or more rebounds in eight of his last 10 games, including an 11-rebound performance in Game 1.

Nikola Jokic and Wembanyama have similar rebounding stats over the last month, but you wouldn’t see them priced this low. FanDuel lists Tatum Over 9.5 rebounds at -130, but this bet is good up to -155 on the best sports betting sites. Meanwhile, our Shane Thurston backs Tatum to total 16+ rebounds + assists with his 76ers vs. Celtics player props.

Donovan Clingan Under 9.5 points (-114) at Spurs

Clingan’s first time facing Wembanyama this season was in Game 1, and his recent strong play did not translate against the Defensive Player of the Year. He scored just four points on 2-of-7 shooting from the field.

Over a larger sample, he has never gone over this line against Wembanyama, scoring seven or fewer points in each of their four career matchups. Don’t be contrarian in this spot - Clingan should continue to struggle against the Spurs star.

Clingan Under 9.5 points is -114 at BetRivers, but I would play this up to -135 on the best NBA betting sites.

LeBron James Over 9.5 assists (+125) vs. Rockets

James going Over on his assists without Doncic has been one of my favorite bets recently.

Doncic, James, and Austin Reaves lead the Lakers in assists per game this season, and James is the only one of the three who will play tonight. He recorded 13 assists in Game 1 and has dished out 10 or more assists in eight of his last nine games without Doncic.

BetMGM lists his Over 9.5 assists at +125, but I'd play this up to +105 on the best sports betting apps.

I like the Rockets to bounce back and even the series today, but I don't believe parlaying their ML with James over 9.5 assists should pay out +275, like bet365 is offering - it should be lower. Bet365 lists this two-legger at +275, while FanDuel offers the same parlay at +242.

💡 How I'm betting NBA player props today

I risked 1.3 units on Tatum's rebounding prop - I like the bet directionally, but it's not mispriced enough to justify a bigger stake. If I felt I had a larger edge, I'd go up to 2.5 units, or as high as 5 units in a once-in-a-year spot. I define 1 unit as 1% of my bankroll, which I have dedicated solely to sports betting.
