The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking for their third straight CFL Championship, can the Toronto Argonauts stop them? Find out with our Argonauts-Blue Bombers Grey Cup CFL picks.

Since Albert Grey donated a trophy to the Canadian Rugby Union in 1909, teams have been playing for the right to hoist his cup at the end of the season. This year, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers once again represent the West Division and will be looking for a third straight title.

The Toronto Argonauts make their second appearance in the last four seasons. The Argos knocked off the heavily favored Calgary Stampeders the last time they played for the championship. Toronto was the best team in the East all season, finishing with an 11-7 record.

Here are our Argonauts-Blue Bombers CFL picks for the Grey Cup (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook, Caesars Sportsbook and BetMGM; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers Odds Analysis

The total opened at 47.5 and can be found at 48 at some books.

Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers ML Pick

Blue Bombers (-238) ★★★★★

Winnipeg finished the regular season with a league best 15-3 record. The Bombers started the year by winning their first nine games before finally dropping their first contest to the Montreal Alouettes in Week 10. Last week, they secured their spot in the championship game by beating the B.C. Lions and minimizing the impact of their quarterback Nathan Rourke.

The Bombers have hoisted the last two Grey Cups. Both times they fought off a feisty Hamilton Tiger-Cats team.

Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers ATS Pick

Blue Bombers -5.5 (-110) ★★★★★

Winnipeg is 12-7 this season against the spread, including wins in the last four contests in which they were favored. This line has crept up from 4.5 since it opened on books like DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM. The Bombers have covered spreads of 11.5 and 7 over the course of the last five weeks.

Toronto was 10-8 ATS this year. The Argos have been the underdogs seven times this season. They were able to cover in four of those contests. Interestingly enough, Toronto has stayed inside their projected point differential the last three times they have faced the Bombers as the underdog.

Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers O/U Pick

Over 47.5 (-105) ★★★★

The Argonauts have combined for the Over in three out of their last four games. They have accomplished this 10 times this season including their playoff matchup against the Montreal Alouettes. Toronto averaged 24.6 points per game during the regular season. Last week during the Eastern Finals, they dropped 34 points on the Als.

Winnipeg was the second highest scoring team in the CFL during the regular season, averaging 29.9 points per game. They have reached the Over in their matchup nine times this year,  including two of their last four. Last week in the Western Finals, they hit exactly 48 points with the Lions.

Four of the last five contests between these two teams have surpassed their projected totals. Three of those eclipsed the 48-point mark.
