A potential World Series preview takes place on Sunday Night Baseball as the Atlanta Braves host the Texas Rangers, and we have you covered with our Rangers vs. Braves player props based on the best MLB  odds.

The Texas Rangers dropped to .500 overall (11-11) and on the road (6-6) after losing 5-2 to the Atlanta Braves on Saturday. Atlanta is riding high on a six-game winning streak and is looking to sweep another AL West contender, having dominated the Houston Astros 17-7 in their last three matchups earlier in the week.

Atlanta's six-game winning streak is currently tied with the New York Mets for the longest active streak in Major League Baseball. Will the Rangers be able to break that streak and salvage the final game of the series?

Darius Vines has made just three starts and six appearances in his young career and has thrown 50 or more pitches in just four of those. His outs recorded are set at 15.5 around the industry, with the Under juiced heavily to -170, so a five-inning start looks like Vines’ ceiling.

He has a career K/9 rate of 6.5, extrapolating to 3.6 over five innings. But we are not banking on Vines lasting that long, as his command issues (2.3 walks per game) should be his undoing against a patient Rangers lineup with the second-lowest strikeout rate against right-handed pitching (17.4%) in the majors.

Adolis Garcia Over 1.5 total bases ⭐⭐⭐

Adolis Garcia leads all Rangers hitters (min. 5 games played) in all three slash line categories (.317/.363/.573) and will once again be the offense's focal point. Garcia enters on a four-game hitting streak, with four of his six hits going for extra bases in that span, so he likely needs one hit to go over this projected total.

While the Astros had just one left-handed batter in the lineup against Vines in his first start, righties batted .308 with a .708 OPS against him, so we expect Garcia to follow that trend and do similar damage on Sunday.

Michael Harris Over 0.5 runs ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since teammate Ozzie Albies suffered a toe injury, Michael Harris has been a fixture in the top third of the Braves lineup and benefits from batting in front of RBI machines Austin Riley and Marcell Ozuna.

Harris is 7-for-19 over the last four games with a home run and four runs scored. The opposing pitcher, Michael Lorenzen, allowed just three hits in five scoreless innings in his first start of the season last time out. He also walked five batters, suggesting he has a ways to go before he finds his control.
