My 49ers vs. Rams same-game parlay for this Week 1 NFC West clash anticipates the Super Bowl favorites coming out strong, with the Rams poised for early-season success behind the arm of their reigning MVP at quarterback.

The game kicks off from Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia, Thursday at 8:35 p.m. ET (Netflix).

🚀 49ers vs. Rams parlay picks

Rams -1.5 (-195 via bet365)

The Rams are loaded on both sides of the ball and enter the opener with a healthier roster than the 49ers. Tinkering with the options on bet365, I discovered buying this spread down to Rams -2.5 would land my SGP with overall odds at +875, while buying to -1.5 only reduces the odds to +850.

Though there aren’t many traditional scores that feature a two-point margin, chaotic scenarios happen frequently enough, so I like the bang for my buck on buying the additional point.

Matthew Stafford Over 260.5 passing yards (-115 via bet365)

Matthew Stafford put up gaudy numbers weekly during his MVP run in 2025, and that was true for both of his matchups against this San Francisco defense.

Stafford posted passing yardage totals of 389 and 280 in his games against the 49ers last season. He also cleared this passing line in 12 of 20 total games (60%) in 2025.

In a game script that sees the Rams covering a margin of -1.5 in the first leg of our SGP, the notion of Stafford’s contributions correlates to our overall game script.

Blake Corum 2+ receptions (+300 via bet365)

Here’s the prop that makes or breaks our parlay, and it’s the reason we’re targeting bet365 for the SGP. In his career, Blake Corum has been such an infrequent target in the passing game that he’s not listed as a receiving option on DraftKings or FanDuel.

However, I’m expecting Corum to be on the field a lot more this season as he increases his role in the timeshare with Kyren Williams, which could lead to additional opportunities for Corum --including as a pass-catcher.

The 49ers allowed 94 receptions to running backs in 2025, second-most in the NFL.
