5 Karl-Anthony Towns Player Props to Watch for in Game 5 vs. Grizzlies

The Minnesota Timberwolves visit the Memphis Grizzlies (-6) at FedExForum for Game 5 of their first-round series Tuesday, and Minnesota center Karl-Anthony Towns has several player props available at sportsbooks for bettors to consider.

The series is tied at 2-2, and Towns is coming off an impressive 33-point, 14-rebound showing in Saturday's 119-118 win in Game 4.

However, the Grizzlies remain -270 favorites to win the first-round series against Minnesota at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Towns has averaged 21.3 points, 10.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.3 three-pointers per game through four games against Memphis in the playoffs, and he posted a 24.6-9.8-3.6-2.0 line during the regular season.

Towns struggled in Games 2 and 3 with 23 points and 16 rebounds combined. He obviously wouldn't have cleared his highlighted point prop total for Game 5 in either outing, but he did have 11 rebounds in Game 2.

It's worth noting that Towns finished with five fouls in both Game 2 and 3, and he averaged just 30.5 minutes. In Games 1 and 4, he played 43 and 42 minutes, respectively.

Foul trouble leading to less playing time has impacted the three-time All-Star's counting statistics in Minnesota's two losses.

Finally, it's worth highlighting the lack of disparity in the totals and lines across the three sportsbooks. Often, FanDuel will differentiate itself from the competition. However, while FanDuel offers the best return for Towns' over points total, they're offering the worst for his over rebounds total.
