An AFC South tilt in Week 6 features an 0-5 team and another team looking to stay undefeated in division play as I make my Titans vs. Colts prediction.
Titans QB Cam Ward is under a ton of scrutiny for his poor play, while Colts running back Jonathan Taylor will look to help his team bounce back with a win at home Sunday. The Colts are a 6.5-point betting favorite, with kickoff from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis set for 1 p.m. ET (FOX).

Titans vs. Colts prediction & best bet
Colts -6.5 (-120 via bet365)
I've backed the Titans in most games this season since they get a lot of points on the spread in each matchup. However, after last week's three-point performance against the Texans, I can't justify betting on Ward and Tennessee's 32nd-ranked scoring offense.
We've seen the Colts' defense struggle throughout 2026, giving up 100+ rushing yards in four of five contests, while only forcing two turnovers. However, running back Tony Pollard doesn't have strong quarterback play to balance out the Titans' play-calling, rendering them one-dimensional.
Daniel Jones is a game manager, letting the offense flow through Taylor. The Colts' star running back already has over 100 carries and six rushing touchdowns this season.
Tennessee has allowed 112+ rushing yards in three of its outings, while giving up 250+ passing yards in three of its previous four contests. This is a get-right spot for Jones and the Colts' offense, playing indoors against a Titans roster struggling on both sides of the line of scrimmage.
Go to bet365 and lay Colts -6.5 at -120 odds.
📡 SBR Edge: Coverin' Colts
The Colts have covered the spread in six straight games played against the Titans.
Jones and Taylor throttle Titans at home
After being held to under 70 rushing yards by the Steelers in Week 5, expect Taylor to have a monster game against the Titans back home in Lucas Oil Stadium. Jones can also post a strong outing, building off a season-high 266 yards last week.
Ward has not led the Titans to 300 yards of offense yet this season. He's only cleared 200 passing yards once, while Tennessee has committed six turnovers in its previous three games played. The Colts will put a beating on the Titans to remain undefeated in division play.
Score prediction: Colts 38, Titans 16
