Chiefs vs. Raiders Prediction: Week 4 Odds, Picks & Best Bet
Last Updated: October 4, 2026 10:31 AM EDT • 2 minute read X Social Google News Link
My Chiefs vs. Raiders prediction focuses on why Kenneth Walker III gives the Chiefs the advantage today in this showdown between undefeated AFC West foes. While Ashton Jeanty has the 10th-most rushing yards thus far, I expect him to be bottled up by an excellent run defense.
The Chiefs are a 4.5-point betting favorite, with kickoff from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas set for 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS).

💰 Chiefs vs. Raiders prediction & best bet
Chiefs -4.5 (-110 via bet365)
Patrick Mahomes has played well, but it's Walker who has been the difference-maker for the Chiefs. He leads the NFL with 360 rushing yards, and he's averaging 5.5 yards per carry, which ranks fifth in the league. His performance has helped the Chiefs rank fifth in rushing yards per game and yards per carry.
The Raiders rank 21st against the run, allowing 116.3 yards per game. They're also allowing 4.5 yards per carry, despite facing two teams that rank in the bottom 12 in yards per carry this season.
And while the Raiders are allowing just 200.3 passing yards per game, two of their first three opponents rank in the bottom 12 in passing offense. Last week, against the best passing attack they've faced, the Raiders allowed Tyler Shough to throw for 255 yards.
📡 SBR Edge
The Raiders have recorded 10 sacks this season, which is tied for the fifth-most in the league. However, the Chiefs have allowed just four sacks, which is tied for the fifth-fewest. I expect Mahomes to get the better of this matchup, as he's been sacked just once in three of his last five games against the Raiders.
Raiders don't have any clear offensive advantages
The Raiders rank 20th in total yards, 19th in rushing yards, and 17th in passing yards per game. After a solid Week 1, Ashton Jeanty has averaged 2.9 yards per carry or fewer in each of his last two games. As a team, the Raiders rank 31st in yards per carry.
The Chiefs are allowing the fourth-fewest yards per game, allowing just 278.0 per contest. They rank third in yards allowed per pass attempt and 11th in yards allowed per carry. While Kirk Cousins has had a solid season, he's also faced two teams allowing at least 8.0 yards per pass attempt. The Chiefs are allowing 5.8.
Score prediction: Chiefs 27, Raiders 17
