Cardinals -2.5 (-110)

The Arizona Cardinals -2.5 are an appealing preseason Week 3 bet against the Green Bay Packers. Arizona has already played three preseason games, including a 27-14 win over Las Vegas, giving the team plenty of opportunities to evaluate its roster and build depth. The Cardinals also enter this matchup following a joint practice with Green Bay, providing valuable preparation against the Packers’ personnel and schemes.

With the game serving as Green Bay’s preseason finale at Lambeau Field, Arizona should have enough depth and momentum to win by at least a field goal.

Giants -3 (-115)

The New York Giants -3 are worth backing against the New York Jets in preseason Week 3, as this matchup should provide one final opportunity for players throughout the roster to make their case before the regular season. The Giants have plenty of depth to evaluate on both sides of the ball and should bring strong motivation into the matchup. Preseason games can often be decided by quarterback depth and second-half execution, two areas that can create value for bettors. With the Jets also managing roster decisions, look for the Giants to take advantage and cover the field-goal spread.

The Giants are coming off a dominant 26-3 preseason win over Miami, a game in which they outgained the Dolphins 390-102 and showed encouraging depth across the roster. With the preseason finale against the Jets approaching, New York still has important roster decisions to make, which should keep the competition level high throughout the game. The Giants have already demonstrated their ability to control a preseason matchup, and their depth could again be the difference. Back New York to continue its strong preseason and cover the -3 spread against the Jets.

Patriots -2.5 (-110)

The New England Patriots -2.5 are an appealing preseason Week 3 bet against the Cleveland Browns. New England enters the preseason finale with a 1-0-1 record, including a 24-21 win over the Eagles, while Cleveland is 0-2 heading into Thursday’s matchup. The biggest advantage could come from the Browns’ quarterback situation, as Cleveland has announced that its starters will sit, with Dillon Gabriel and Taylen Green handling the quarterback duties.

With the Patriots showing strong depth and coming off a win against Philadelphia, New England should have enough talent and consistency to control this game and cover the -2.5 spread.
