After an upset win over No. 2 seed Houston, Illinois is now atop the Final Four odds following the first day of Sweet 16 play.

The No. 3 seed Fighting Illini are -270 to reach the Final Four, with No. 9 seed Iowa being their Elite Eight opponent.

The three remaining No. 1 seeds, Arizona (-260), Michigan (-165), and Duke (-110), all have an implied probability above 52% of reaching Indianapolis, too.
