Army -7.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the UConn team that won nine games this season in name only. The Huskies are without head coach Jim Mora Jr., starting QB Joe Fagnano, star running back Cam Edwards, and more than a half dozen other key players.

Even if star receiver Skyler Bell plays, UConn is going to struggle to move the ball against an Army defense ranked No. 52 by SP+.

The Black Knights have been at their best with QB Cale Hellums as their triggerman. Since Army began leaning on him more as the clear-cut QB1, the team is 4-2 ATS.

Score prediction: Army 20, UConn 10

Cale Hellums, QB, Army: 2+ TDs (+110) ⭐⭐⭐

Hellums looks like the next Army QB poised to set rushing records after being one of the highest usage players in the country over the back half of the season. In the junior's last seven starts, he averaged 25.1 carries for 110.1 rushing yards per game and found the end zone 10 times.

Jeff Monken knows what he has in his QB, and offensive coordinator Cody Worley has shown no signs of lessening the load on his battering ram. That won't change against a UConn defense down starters at every level.

The Huskies were already ranked outside the top 65 on defense by SP+ when at full strength, so without players like Oumar Diomande and Cam Chadwick, they'll be in trouble.

Hellums has scored multiple touchdowns in five games already this season.
