A late-night tilt between a pair of Big Ten teams that just suffered tough home losses is the focus of my Nebraska vs. Oregon prediction.

Oregon QB Dylan Raiola will face his former team Saturday as both sides look to get back inside the AP Top 25 with a win. Oregon is a 7.5-point home betting favorite, with kickoff from Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Ore., set for 11 p.m. ET (FOX).

Under 51.5 (-105 via DraftKings)

Raiola struggled mightily against a stout UCLA defense in Week 6. He's been thrust into QB1 duties since taking over for an injured Dante Moore, with mixed results on the field.

Now, Raiola faces a Cornhuskers defense ranked 17th in the nation in points allowed, giving up a stingy 15.2 points per game in 2026. This includes a 20-17 loss to No. 5 Indiana at home last week, surrendering a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns and subsequently blowing its chance at a season-defining win.

Oregon's defense held UCLA to 17 points during its second loss of the season. The Ducks gave up just 3.0 YPC and two total touchdowns, and now, Nebraska's offense, which leans heavily on QB Anthony Colandrea in the run game, will be tested in a must-win spot for Oregon.

It's going to be a low-scoring affair at Autzen Stadium. Oregon's defense had its best game against an FBS opponent last week, so expect head coach Dan Lanning to build off of that to find a way to win this matchup.

Bet Under 51.5 at -105 odds on DraftKings.

📡 SBR Edge: Ducktober Unders

Seven of Oregon's last eight games played in October as a home betting favorite have gone Under.

Ducks defense dominates in tight win over Cornhuskers

Oregon head coach Dan Lanning is a defensive mind who will attempt to contain Colandrea and Nebraska's rushing attack in Week 7. The Ducks have held all but one opponent, Oklahoma State, to 3.6 YPC or fewer, while forcing eight turnovers in their past three contests.

Nebraska's defense is no slouch. It's going to be the strength of the team in Eugene, allowing the Cornhuskers to cover as a touchdown underdog in a second straight game, especially against their former quarterback. However, Oregon's defense will prove to be too much to overcome, leading to another disheartening loss for Nebraska.

Score prediction: Oregon 27, Nebraska 20
