Sportsbook and online casino operator Hard Rock Bet has announced its entry into its first international market outside the US, expanding into Ontario’s regulated online gaming market this week.

The new Ontario platform gives players access to a mobile Ontario sports betting app and an Ontario online casino featuring more than 3,000 games, including slots, table games, and live dealer options sourced from various providers. The service also offers parlay betting across international sports leagues, along with fast deposit and withdrawal processing.

Players who sign up at launch can claim Legendary Reward Drops and earn Unity Points that are redeemable through the Hard Rock Bet Reward Store.

Hard Rock pointed to its connection with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa as part of its push to establish a genuine footprint in the province. The company has built an Ontario-based marketing team and set up round-the-clock customer support based in the region.

"Expanding into Ontario with Hard Rock Bet marks the first time we've brought our platform to an audience outside the US," said Marlon Goldstein, Executive Managing Director & CEO of Hard Rock Digital. "We're excited to introduce Ontario players to a premium entertainment experience that reflects the energy and service synonymous with the Hard Rock brand. And by investing in local talent, local partnerships, and localized customer support, we're creating an experience designed specifically for Ontario players."

Ontario is Canada’s first regulated market, launching in 2022. In May, the province’s online gambling regulator, iGaming Ontario, reported gaming revenue of $326.4 million and a handle of $8.37 billion, the highest totals so far for 2026.

Hard Rock Bet also becomes the official sportsbook of the Miami Marlins

The Ontario rollout came on the same day Hard Rock Bet announced a separate agreement in its home market: a new multi-year deal naming it the official sportsbook partner of the Miami Marlins.

The partnership covers exclusive promotions, original content, and branded activations at loanDepot park, along with placement across the Marlins' digital and broadcast channels. Starting in August, fans 21 and older who attend home games can earn a Bonus Bet through the Hard Rock Sportsbook app any time the Marlins hit a grand slam.

Hard Rock Bet will also appear on digital signage around the ballpark and on the venue's video screen. The partnership additionally includes integration into Marlins.TV broadcasts, where the sportsbook will display live odds and promotional offers during games, along with social media campaigns and in-person fan activations at select home games.

“As the sports betting landscape continues to evolve, Hard Rock Bet represents foundational innovation and leadership which we are excited to welcome to our Marlins family of partners”, said Robert Gelman, Miami Marlins Vice President of Partnership Development & Marketing. “This partnership will deliver exciting rewards and experiences to Marlins fans and Hard Rock Bet players, along with unique content around the team and our games which fans will want to engage with.”
