This is an email that I received on 3/15. That is also the day they put the money back into my acct and I had to rewithdraw the money. I wanted to receive mine by check instead of wire. It's been what, 8 business days now and no check. One thing I didn't catch is that it says "fedex: no". Although I did request fedex, i'm pretty sure of this.

Withdrawal requests for $100.00 or less are sent via Mail or wire for $15.00
Withdrawal requests for $100.00 or more are sent via Mail or wire for FREE.
Withdrawal requests for $1,000.00 or more are sent via FedEx for FREE (If the address is a P.O Box or a Rural Route, they will be sent via Mail)
These are the fees for subsequent withdrawal requests each calendar month:

Keep in mind that all withdrawal requests for amounts over $5,000.00 are sent via FedEx for FREE.
