    Well guys, this wed will be the 7th business day for me. Got 12g coming i hope via wire from sportsbook.com

    1. If I get my cash, who should i use in the future?? and what is the best method for payout?

    Anyone notice that TRUN, who was waiting for a wire that was sent out very early, is not on the board anymore.

    He or She also went back and began deleting their posts. They edited them this morning, and by edited, mean, that they deleted the majority of their posts. today!

    At a certain poin they stopped deleting them, but up until that point was very consistent and got rid of the text in all of them.

    FOr peace of mind, can an SBR guy try and check in with sportsbook.com management again, see what happens. I know that you have already, just to get an update, and maybe see if teh story is changing or developing?

    TRUN was an everyday poster through this. everymorning he would say, "no money in my account yet".

    i think everymornign for like the past 2 weeks.

    today, i noticed that he wasnt listed, so ic hecked and he didnt post, but was on SBR forum this morning, so its not like he just was away, and he just edited his old posts out.

    Tommorow morning Appt w/ my bank!

    Well if they have lied about the processor and check withdrawal being ready for tonight then sportsbook.com has lied to me for the final time. Tommorow morning I walk into my bank and do my chargebacks and also fill out fraud paperwork. I have already talked to my bank so I will be leaving about 4k on sportsbook and getting about 1K in chargebacks. I am ready to get that G back and stop stressing over the whole damn thing. Also I will just stop the online thing altogether. Also , Good luck to all........

    I think we should all give it till thursday or friday, then if they still havent paid we all do chargebacks at the sametime

    I agree with giving it til thur. or fri. but if you do go into your bank and fill out all the paper work post your experience and what happens... I'll wait and see what he has to go through before I do anything....

    yeah, Ive had so many charges on my cc with them in the last 6 mos that I dont know if the cc card company will buy any story I give them. I really dont know what to say

    If you guys look back over this thread, you guys can see I was one of the first ones to complain about this whole situation, and I was very suspicious of sportsbook.com from the beginning. They had continually fed us the same story "7-10 days", but recently it seemed like they were finally giving us some information. Based on the timeline from the emails that they sent out around 3/8 (which happened to come out the day march madness started) I think we should all give this until the end of the week (thurs/fri) before doing anything too crazy. I really think charge backs are a last resort, and I know many of you feel (and you're warranted) that this is the last straw, but doing so right now may result in repercussions for everyone. Eventhough I'm pissed and suspsicious, i think we all need to give this just a little more time and patience.

    One thing that still really irks me, whether or not we get our money, is the fact that they redeposited everyones money back into their accounts right when march madness was starting. The excuse that this had to be done because of a new processor is a load of bs. Do you really think a company who's revenue is derived 100% from the interne, is not sophisticated enough to have transferred the information of withdrawals through a different method? They know that probalby 95% of their clients are habitual gamblers, and if they money was redeposited at this "convenient" time, most of them would gamble it, even gamble on "tilt" because of what has happened the past few weeks. And more likely than not, most of the people that played this money again would lose their entire balance.

    UPDATE:
    Another thing, really funny and coincidental. As i was about to post this message, i received a call from someone at sportsbook.com...literally a few minutes ago. They asked me why i haven't logged into my account in weeks and why i have not deposited any money. hahahah, i laughed in his face and asked him if he was serious. i told him, uhh cuz you guys haven't paid anyone in over a month. he tried feeding me this crap that its fixed now and everything is up and running. i just laughed and didn't want to argue with him because i was at work. he told me that he was offering me a "10%" bonus. wow, these guys are amazing, not only did they not disclose this withdrawal problem on their website, but they're actually calling and have probably called people to go ahead and deposit money....this is really amazing to me. They would actually call people to entirce them to deposit, but not mention ANYTHING about payment problems.

    It feels great. I knew from day one you weren't getting paid. That's why I precisely cancelled all my bankwires and parked my V-chips in my players account. Maybe I'll try to witthdraw them in the year 2020.

    I was told on Sunday 3/18 the following by e-mail from Sports.com:

    Your most recent withdrawal request of $2,700.00 has been processed and will be sent direct to your bank account tomorrow. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

    Of course today is business day #6 and I haven't rec'd my wire. Any excuse about "having trouble with U.S. banks for wires" does NOT apply in my case. The wire is being sent to a offshore bank.

    My e-mails to them over the last week have gone unanswered.

    Their marketing guy is alex@sportsbook.com. Don't worry about chargebacks. All you have to do is say that you always pay your charge card bill when it comes and you don't look at the detail because your wife usually does. When you looked at last months bill and questioned your wife she had no clue who "egames" or "sport4u" is and that you have had these charges on for the past XXXX months. Once they contact the provider all your transactions will be deposited back to you and those providers will then be screaming at sportsbook.com for all the money they are refunding.

    Would ****/********** eat the money, or would it be the providers that sportsbook and related sites work through? I'd been assuming the providers would have to refund to the credit card companies, and then they would be left stuck for it.

    In any case, I theoretically have a check coming, so I'll wait a few more days to see if others get paid before trying to figure out what if anything chargebacks can do for me. Here's hoping.

    LOL I warned you guys about the phone calls didnt I. And justsmokinablaze said I was whining. Sportsbook has become as much a scam as though letters you receive from El Gordo Lotteria saying youve won $450,000 and all you have to do is deposit this $5000 check into your account and send us the $5000 we sent you. I actually did receive this via snail mail one time lol.

    WHat I find really funny is the withdrawal page. They now have checks listed as an option again. But here is what it says

    "wire is our quickest and preferred option"

    Lets see, wire is 7-10 days and you have no idea where in cyberspace your money is. Or check whihc is 5-7 days and you can call fed ex to see if the money was ever sent. Well I suppose if wire is easier for Jazette, that's the option I'll choose. lol
