    Who Can I speak to that has a clue of what's going on?....Every customer service rep cuts and pastes a canned response that is generic, uninformative and vague....ending in 48 hours. How can it be 48 hours every day? That is why we are all so worried...We are told a time period, then it passes. Told another time frame and again it passes. They may be getting a new processor but they need to be straightforward. That's where all the problems are coming from.

    apaulius -- I assure you that was I say is accurate -- my money was never returned to my account and was told that the reason was that it had already been processed -- choose to believe it or not, but its accurate - I have the same conformation - I have asked over and over for the tracing info and even sent the exact wording my bank gave me to ask for -- If you get it today I would be shocked considering I have been asking for it since last Monday - and told they didnt have it - let us know if you get it, but I assure the info I have posted on here is legit and accurate to what was emailed/told to me. yes -- they could be telling me lies -- go figure - sportsbook.com do that -- wow

    You're right I have no "expert knowledge" of chargebacks; It just seems to me that these are uncharted waters in the sense that there is no product and the service is illegal. I think chargebacks are a great last resort; I am just against saying that you never authorized the charges b/c this is c.c. fraud.

    Sungus- did you have a wire? was March 26th your 10th business day? What day did they send it out? If this is true you would be the second case of someone not getting paid by day 10, which doesn't look good. The reason I suggest waiting til Friday is b/c we will KNOW by that point if the payments are not going to happen. As of yesterday no one had waited the full 10 and not been paid. (as far as I knew)

    Really hope someone gets paid today. My instincts are if no one does we are in bad shape but I am still waiting til Friday for confirmations.

    but the scary question to me is this: what if sportsbook doesnt have a new processor? what if this is all sunshine and train whistle smoke to distract us while the time period to issue chargebacks expires? id much rather call ********** tomorrow, find out exactly where i stand in terms of the deadline, initiate proceedings and be pleasantly surprised when sportsbook pays out. then i will cease the proceedings. this is just CYA. at the very least, the continuous deadlines from SBs reps and the passing of those deadlines have done nothing to suggest i should keep waiting.

    I'm taking you at your word that you actually work for sportsbook. Can you please explain in greater detail what is going on? the "problem with the processor," "bit of time" story is the same riddle we have been getting this whole time. Are you high enough in the chain to actually know what's up, or are you being spoonfed the same story as the CS people?

    Specifically, the wires they said were sent out and gave 7-10 bus. days, were those actually sent out? Will they be in our banks in 7-10 business days? If not, when?

    No more riddles, please. Just facts, as ugly as they might be.

    with all due repespect, how could you possibly know that people have recieved thier money. are customers calling in to say "hi, i just want to let you know that I got paid."

    Can you explain why it would only take a day or two for me to send a wire anywhere in the world, but it takes your proccessor 10 days. why does you check proccessor need 15 days.

    Assuming you guys are working to get us paid, it would appear that rather than acquiring top grade reliable proccessors, you signed up with bottom tier slow paying proccessors.

    If I ask WSEX, thegreek, legendz for a check today, i will have my check in hand by next week. If I ask you guys, it's going to take 3 weeks. Why are these other books all able to find decent processors and you can't.

    I assure you day 10 for me was yesterday -- do the math - march 13th it went out -I am not counting the 13th -- today is business day 11 - you can believe if you want - but that is what they have told me every day since



    The funds were sent on March the 13th and they should be credited by March
    27th. Other than this, there is nothing else me or any of our representatives
    can add. If you don't get the funds by March 27th please let me know. In

    this is just one of the many that were sent - there is a problem with the bank wires - like it or not - believe it or not -The only other thought is that they didnt put my funds back in my account on the 15th like others, and told me this because they didnt want to give me my 5%, i doubt it and they did offer me a portion of it and a free play anyways - take it for whats it worth - Believe it or not - I really dont care - the info is here for your information and to help but im done wasting time on this - i will post if i have received my money -

    I can say the above is most likely true, because this is exactly what happened to me. When everyone else got their funds returned to their acct and a 5% bonus, I got nothing. I was told by e-mail on 3/18 the following (as I posted earlier):

    Your most recent withdrawal request of $2,700.00 has been processed and will be sent direct to your bank account tomorrow. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

    So my funds were never returned to my acct because, supposedly, I was in the process of being paid by wire. And as I also posted earlier, my wire is NOT going to a U.S. bank, it's going offshore. So any excuses related to "U.S. banking" issues is a non-issue for me. But of course the 3-5 days has come and gone----no wire.

    when i spoke to them on the 20th, i was given a time frame of 5-7 days. then the next day it was changed to 7-10 days.

    If Jazette cared at all about getting us paid on time, they would simply call the processor and ask them where all the money is. How many more banks is our money going to get routed through, before it is sent to us.

    The only reason they keep saying 7-10 days is because that's what thier processor, whom the've never used before told them. The processor could easily have lied to them.

    OK, so I have a PlayersOnly account and the wire was just processed. Thing is, they are now saying 2-3 weeks to arrive in your bank account (i.e. 10-15 business days). When I asked the CS (Sam Molloy) why new ones were 10-15 days instead of 7-10, he cut and pasted some shit about backlogs and withdrawal methods. He also said that wires sent last week are still on the 7-10 business day timeframe. I told him that ONCE THE MONEY LEAVES YOUR HANDS, as YOU CLAIM IT HAS, the time it takes to get to me should be the same as it was two weeks ago, unless something has changed or is not working. Not to mention 3 weeks for a wire is patently absurd.

    I am still waiting til Friday to **********, hopefully with a group of people, but this latest development really bothers me. Any ideas or explanations?

    i just talked with a rep and he said the check i was told went out by regular mail actually went out by DHL and he would provide a tracking number within 48 business hours. he gave me a time of 3-5 business days for me to receive the DHL check. he said the other withdrawal was held up because it exceeded 10k and he would check with the withdrawal team or some BS. ill let you know if he provides the tracking number.

    48 business hours is noon on Friday. Can you let us know on Friday at noon whether this tracking number is legit. If not, I really think Friday afternoon is D-Day. They are now saying if the wires aren't there in 10 days they should be in the next "day or so."

    I've been getting checks from these guys for years. they only get the tracking number after the check has already arrived. They won't have the tracking number in 2 days. The only way to get the rtacking number is to ask where the check will be sent from, and then call dhl, and ask them if they see anything being sent to you

    I feel the sameway. I have many, many, many, many charges on my card from them in the last 3 months. My CC is gonna shit too, that is my only worry about chargebacks.

    If any one of you can name another book that went 8 weeks without paying anyone and then came back alive (Without someone else bailing them out or infusing the money) and paid everyone, I'll buy you dinner.

    This boat has sunk. In a few weeks, they won't be answering the phones. The owners are likely tying up the last of loose ends and moving to countries from which they can hide.

    awhile back they used a proccessor called safetx. They used dhl. It was just as hard to get a tracking number from cs. You always had to call dhl or safetx to find out if it was sent

    A little bit of hope

    Guys,

    Been following this thread for a while. I was going through the same thing with BetUS (another thread in this forum). I had requested a withdrawal on 2/26 with them and after hearing "you should have your money within 10 business days" for a MONTH, TODAY 3/28 is when the wire FINALLY came in!!

    My luck, I also have some $$ tied up with Sportsbook.com and I am NOT looking forward to having to go through the same feeling and pain that I just had to go through with BetUS, but my guess is, if BetUS which is an AWEFUL book (I called their CS # and was hung up on numerous times) was able to come through, I have a little bit of faith on sportsbook.com

    I've been doing business with sportsbook.com for about 5 years and actually went to one of their sponsored parties, so I hope that they don't disappear (don't get me wrong, if I can get my money out, I'm running as far as I can), but let's give them until Friday before we take action.

    OK. I really dont think we're going to get our money anymore based on the below chat. However, I still think we should call the highest manager we can get to and tell him that he is facing this ********** avalanche as a last ditch effort.

    Note on the below chat she confirms the earlier sendout date for wires.

    FWIW, for the wires that went out last Monday the 19th, next MOnday would be the 10th business day, not Friday. However, it probably doesn't matter as they think they can keep extending it forever.
