I've spent a lot of time talking to BetUS, and I wanted to update you guys.
A lot of people are getting paid. I discussed 12 of the older complaints in detail (some dating back to February) yesterday, and was told that almost every one of them had been paid (with receipt confirmed by the player), or a payment was recently issued.
Call me paranoid, but I don't take any statement at face value. I wrote emails to all these players. About half have responded, and all of those have confirmed what BetUS has told me. If this changes, I'll certainly update you. In the mean time, try not to get frustrated if you are owed by BetUS.
If you have a payout pending, you should do the following:
1. Ensure that your contact info with BetUS is up to date (especially telephone and email)
2. Telephone them at least once a week to inquire on your status.
3. If payment was taken from your account but you don't have the money 4 weeks later, you need to escalate. I can either help you do this, or put you in touch with the right person.
