I'm wondering if its possible to dispute the charge on your credit card...I'm guessing this wouldn't be a possibility being that your not allowed to be gambling on the internet anyway...has anyone tried doing that yet?...as for BetUS I have never had any problems with them in the past...most recent payout was Feb 11th...I'm awaiting another so i'll let you know how it goes...to be fair to BetUS their customer service has always been nice on the phone and i never felt the impression they we're going to steal my money...the laws are really disrupting their ability to process payouts...hopefully things will get better
FUNNY STORY
I was advising a player on trying to get his money from BetUS from the Super Bowl. After getting the runaround week after week. The player paniced and did a charge back, after the casino rep said the delay was because they had lost his paperwork. That was in early April, he still called them, but the account rep told him he had charged back and his account was closed. End of story? Not quite the first week of May, the player said the withdrawl from February which was delayed a number of times was deposited into his checking account.
It seems like all of those stories they told about processor problems were true, and the paperwork was still in the processor and got paid 1 month after BetUS was notified he had charged back
I've spent a lot of time talking to BetUS, and I wanted to update you guys.
A lot of people are getting paid. I discussed 12 of the older complaints in detail (some dating back to February) yesterday, and was told that almost every one of them had been paid (with receipt confirmed by the player), or a payment was recently issued.
Call me paranoid, but I don't take any statement at face value. I wrote emails to all these players. About half have responded, and all of those have confirmed what BetUS has told me. If this changes, I'll certainly update you. In the mean time, try not to get frustrated if you are owed by BetUS.
If you have a payout pending, you should do the following:
1. Ensure that your contact info with BetUS is up to date (especially telephone and email)
2. Telephone them at least once a week to inquire on your status.
3. If payment was taken from your account but you don't have the money 4 weeks later, you need to escalate. I can either help you do this, or put you in touch with the right person.
Still waiting since March 18'th for 3k. Betus processor says i was paid but i never got it. I had to fax them a copy of my bank statement to prove it. The reps are nice enough but I never get a call back when the say they will.
I won $10K at betus, asked for a payout 4/12. Was informed that there was a $5K per day limit. Put in another request the next day.
Felt I was being given the run-around and that the payout was not as prompt as I had received in the past. Found this site and another similar site and my concern grew as I understood that others were having difficulty, as well.
Sent a plea to Justin and his equivalent on the other site I found.
Yesterday 5/17 I received both checks for $5K each. Deposited them at my bank and they did not put holds on them even though the original bank was in Germany.
Here are my public thanks to Justin for any role he may have played in achieving this result.
Betus is still paying, albeit slowly.
For those of you who are as worried as I was on 5/16, I hope this post gives you hope.
I hope to god no one is depositing money with these folks. I dont think there crooks but I believe the company is run byT incompetent people. Do business with bodog, deposit with a credit card and they send you money thru ** within 2-4 days. They run a tight ship.
People listen to me, to be honest I could give a f**k about betus and I also know that it's a waste of time to even say anything on here, because what they have told me is less then 1% of there clients even read these post, so don't get me wrong this is what I have to say in closing, I am glad some of you have gotten your money and I hope everyone get's there money it's only fair however the reality of it is, is this they where taking 6 weeks before they got indited how long di you think it's going to take now for those of you who think I have a personal vandeta against them I don't, I still have a lot of friends who work for them, I just get a rush out of exsposing the truth, no matter what I say here it really does not matter because as they have always told us only hte sharp people look at these forms any way and all they realy care about is the "suckers" If you have money with them try and get it out and out it with a different company that the people here can tll you still have good payout. Oh boy have I had the worst experience with these guys. I'm going on 6 weeks and still no payout. I have no confirmed date when I can expect it either. Every time I call it's a different excuse with a different payout date. The customer service is rude and incompetent. Supervisors are always conveniently "not on the floor". I have used a number of the online sportsbooks and BETUS definitely ranks last. Save yourself the time and stress and find a reputable company willing to pay quickly and without excuses.

Hey guys, I did some research on this Estevens guy and my buddy at BetUS said he is a lying sorry excuse of a man. His so called friends at BetUS are a lie, and his info about changing name in a few month is Bullcrap. A sales rep told me they knew who he was and he is paid by another to start shit...hahaha I cant beleive he is still posting.
As for myself I request my payout about 2 weeks ago and the status has just changed to paid.....My check is on its way (I hope) and I will post once I get it.....Its just fustrating when I got bills to wait 30 days to get my money, im just happy I am getting it.
Once they deemed your account paid u got about another 15-20 business days to get it, at least that is what betus is saying. I'm still waiting on my May 2 "paid status" payout,,its not been 6 weeks but waiting ever anxiously...not sure if u did fedex or by echeck but they say it will be delivered via regular mail in a llittle white envelope. $35 dollars for this..hmm, and they also say they will not get a tracking number,, how convenient...anyhow, still hoping i see my money this week or the next as I hope u see urs too. good luck
you should get the check 2 weeks from paid date. it is drawn from a european bank with fedex to a us bank and the us bank sends it regular mail to your address.

Well what do u know,,,another week and yet no check in the mail...After the end of next week it will be over the 15-20 bizzness days that they gave for time frame,,,,May 2 was the date the check was "processed." Who are you justin and why do u put so much effort trying to help the customers of BETUS?? just curious why u use your energy and time for us,,what incentive do you have? just curious, not too many go out of thier way just to help someone without a motive...Do you work w/ a sportsbook??....regardless, your efforts are good,nonetheless.............

I know in some cases lack of rollover for bonuses would be one,,but i dont think this constitutes for the majority of us that are waiting on our checks...just my take on things...
regarding cancelled payouts because of incomplete rollovers for bonuses....funny that I was told my initial request was rejected because of lack of rollover...When in fact i cancelled all bonuses that were offered to me....When i told the betus rep..he was like yea you are right,, must of been a "glitch in the system." hahahah,,, To me it sounds like there are MANY glitches in the system with betus...just my personal take
Smellyhands, to my memory Justin is part of SBR....and what many SBR reps do is try to get the info that players dont know and make them public and try to get the word around. Also if a person is not getting paid then SBR usually have people like Bill to inquire the company directly about why the delays, issues, etc.
I always wondered myself what they get from doing all this but I do know they are here to help us players if we are running into issues with any sportsbook
Ran up $10K to a measly $14K after almost $200K in wagers since February on BetUS.com. I can't believe I waited this long to pull out my money. I'm calling them right now. Today is 05/31/07 so I can expect a payout sometime beginning to mid-July? How pathetic. I can no longer give them my business. Bodog here I come.
Spoke to Bruce on the phone at BetUS - he was surprisingly nice (I have never dealt with such rude customer service before). I at least appreciate the fact that he was straight up with me. I told him what I've been hearing, and he pretty much agrees that:
1) I will get paid
2) I will wait 6 weeks or longer
I have been a client of betus for the last 5 years, and have never had any problems. I just recieved a payout of 1200$ after waiting 3 and a half weeks. It is taking longer these days, but thats expected given the recent situations. The customer service depart. is the most helpful one out of the many sports books I 've used.
sportsman I don't know about that little of a wait. I withdrew money on May 8th and it is still says waiting debit today and I know when it will say paid it will be another 3 weeks. I did receive an electronic check though took 7 weeks from the day I withdrew.

I just called betus today and was told there Canadian office is moving to Panana. I have a feeling that is somehow going to hold up my payout.
Im going on my 3rd month waiting...maybe one day I can post that I got my money too, personally I dont think they ever sent it and what can I do anyways!

To be honest I haven't called on this withdrawl I thought I'd save myself the hassel. Well that thing from moving offices, they been saying that for like the past 3 months. I also felt that I wouldn't receive anything but, woke up one day and it was in my bank account. I have a ? what kind of withdrawl did you ask for *************** or regular?
