When are the bank wires going to start going out as I put in for one and I understand it takes 48 hours to process it but I am not talking about normal protocol but with this problem with the US Government, are wire transfers being sent to anyone or is Sportsbook holding everybody's money for a time yet to be determined

    Yep Tim - It is in process

    Just like my withdrawal request from the 23rd of March has been slightly delayed - but they guarantee that it will be at my door within 10 to 12 business days.

    I just did the withdrawal request again...

    I wonder if they are like Social Security - Paying people with the collections they make today with funds that were originally deposited 25 years ago. If that is the case, I am guessing we are all SOL. I imagine only the most naive are depositing any more.

    Obviously nobody is regulating these guys. So what incentive do they have to keep a reasonable cash balance? My guess is nothing and that is what this is. They are short and can't pay the requests. Keeping the site going either means they are thieves or they really are hoping for an influx from the touney to pay Paul (best case scenario for me).

    Still waiting for anyone to say they have been paid....

    I would not expect to see a wire hit your account before 8 business days. Estimates are at 2 weeks assuming the wire service comes through.

    You: I responded via e-mail with the ticket code that I received from the customer service rep and told them in the e-mail that I provided all needed information over the phone and the rep told me all I needed to do was to reply to the e-mail stating the information had already been provided and give them the ticket code. I did that, I then received an e-mail with another ticket code. Why would that happen is beyond me.

    the money is never coming - i have a ton tied up and was supposedly a test transacation - its been 6 business days since mine was confirmed sent - they cant give me a tracing number - lies lies and more lies - we all need to figure out another way -I am amazed it has not made mainstream news yet as the total has to be in the millions - they say checks and wires have went out and players have confirmed recieving them but you cant find anyone out there that has - Anyone know any other advice that I can do at this point ? Im just tired of being lied to - Ive wasted so much time with this - If I would have only seen it coming from this board much earlier - I would have never had the money tied up

    you say you know whats going on? then please explain to the rest of us. usually th ebooks that are trying to steal peoples money, are usually not employing a full service staff, entering into new marketting contracts, and doing anyhting else that is spending a whole lot of money.

    Sportsbook.com, i s still spending a lot of money. They have so much peoples money wrapped up right now, taht they dont need more deposits. If they were jsut stealing the money, all they woudl have to do is leave. You susually dont prolong the customer contact for over a month, pay your staff, respond to every call and every eamil.

    MOst reports of stolen money, the people cant get in touch half the time.

    I am not saying that i know that they are going to pay. I have no idea, but please tell me why they woudl spend so much money, while at the same time trying to take everyones money and run.

    They do not look like they are going naywhere anytime soon, and that would have to be teh case. I dont think i iwll get paid, nor do i think i wont, i just have no idea, and cant even understand whta is going on that is taking so long, but at the saem time they are still here.

    I think everyone needs to relax. I have tons of money tied up with them as well, but let them work thru their issues and you will get your money.

    As far as I can tell from speaking with them, there were no "test" wires sent out last week, for that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I don't know where that information came from.

    Bank wires started going out Monday, lets see what happens.

    Fortun-- Go F*ck yourself -- I came to this forum for help and to be 100% honest and try to help others -- yes mine was sent on the 13th -- I have a ton of emails to prove it -- 7 withdrawals sent in one wire - they have reconfirmed this a ton of times for me -- so dont doubt my info - below is just one of the emails - and yes maybe I am making this all up -- why -- why would I do that - I just want my money at this point like everyone else -- supposedly there were 60 withdrawals processed last Tuesday - 7 of which were mine - I dont know if that is true but that is what has been told and commuinicated to me

    i contact these people every day - normally the same ones by phone - they all say it went it out - i have asked repeatedly for the tracking number -- sorry to come off harsh to you - but im frustrated like everyone else - i never imagined being in this situation - I must have 100 emails from them back and forth over the past month and calls every single day for updates -- there newest thing is 7-10 days that hopefully by Friday it will be in my account and at worst Tuesday which would be 10 business days -- Yes I have doubts it was really sent but I just relaying the info provided to me -- mine was never put back in my account with any bonus because supposedly it was processed

    it is not so easy to solve the payout problem.

    sportsbook.com and the other jazette sites have thousands of payout requests each day.

    their payment processor stopped taking checks from jazette over night without any warning.

    the new payout solution is up but it may need another week before the first players will have their money.

    as far as i know the checks will be come from a foreign bank so it will take at least 5-8 days.

    jazette is not in any financial trouble or trying to steal your money.

    I'm in the same boat with you my friend. I hope you see your funds within the next 2-3 business days. Will be a BIG relief when people get their money. Talked to them this morning live chat and they said people should start seeing the bank wires in the next 1-3 business days. Get the same stories you see and read as well. Will believe it when someone tells me they got their money.

    When you say thier payment processor stopped taking checks from Jazette overnight, who are you reffering to. Chexxinc gave everyone a few weeks notice. Then Jazette switched over to SP, but that only lasted about a week, and then payouts came to a halt.

    MVP or not

    I have used sb.com for around two years now, and had problems with payouts even before the legislation crackdown. this was partly due to a move during the middle of a payout request so there was an address mismatch. i would be told that the wires had gone out, but i would not receive them and then i would call back and they had no information, other than they went out by citadel. turned out that citadel was the one stopping it everytime. had to call multiple times with no help until someone noticed that i was a socalled MVP member. so i get transferred to this british guy who knew everything about my account and could tell me exactly what happened. i ended up getting my payouts pretty soon after thru another processor. dont know if it was the phone call that led to the different processor, i suspect not, but it was nice to be told the truth by someone who actually knew how to do their job. honestly, it was the best experience that i had with sb.

    i bring this up because i chatted with the live help yesterday and asked about a pending withdrawal ive had for a few days now, since before march madness and even before the conference tournies. i had requested check and then it was returned to my account with a 750 dollar bonus because of a delay in processing. so i resent the request the next day, and have not received any word. during the chat, the guy said i would be getting my money by check before the 26th of march. pretty definitively, too. i realize that many of you have heard the same song and dance, but my question is how many of you are MVP members? i got the impression this dude yesterday was subtly telling me i would get paid soon if not earlier than others because of my MVP status. anyone else get the same impression? anyone else think that MVP status matters in this ordeal?

    I know you're frustrated but it takes 5-7 "business" days for a wire to go through. Your post above says it's been 7 days since it's been confirmed, so that means its only been 5 "business days". Your money is coming I am 100% sure of that. It would prolly come faster if you idiots weren't calling and emailing 50 times a day and tying of customer service reps who could be processing cashouts. Books that are going under don't continue to answer every phone call and email, they don't continue to spend money on advertising and promotions, they don't continue to work on their software (with regards to the poker room), they just disappear never to be heard from again. I have seen absolutely zero signs that suggest that sportsbook is fading away, so until then I won't be worried.

    Did sportsbook make a mistakes? Certainly. They lied about the length of cashouts b/c they thought that they would have a new processor set up sooner than they did. FullTiltPoker did the same exact thing with their customers except that they were able to find a processor quicker than sportsbook. 3 weeks ago everyone was yelling about FullTilt going under b/c they weren't paying out americans b/c they didn't have a processor. FullTilt wasn't going under and neither is sportsbook. Patience my friends, patience.

    Who cares about the MVP status? Why should it matter? That's like saying well white people will get their money faster than black people....bullshit, were all the same.

    What makes you an MVP member? Cause you deal or play with a certain amount of money? I am waiting for a 5200 withdraw....over 5k does that make me special? No. Someone requesting a payout of 100 bucks should be treated the same.

    As far as status - As platinum I never had a previous issue -payouts were always quick - - I get various gifts/bonuses but thats about it -- dont get me wrong - the extras are nice and why I have continued to play with sportsbook

    as far as does it make a difference -- yes it does or at least it should -- go to vegas and see what different levels of play get you - they dont pick up $5 players in limos -

    as far as how -- I recieved an email sometime late last year inviting me to join and I signed up

    I know for christmas you were able to choose between about 8 pretty nice gifts -- I chose a navigation system

    I go back and forth on worring - at this point you are right - just wait and hope like others

    i check in once a day now - by email and by phone - some emails lead to additional emails -- I am trying to get my tracing number

    I think sportsbook will be around but who know in these uncertain times -- after this I will stick to Vegas - at least there you dont worry about your $100 or $100K - in that aspect all players are the same that they get paid

    Yes everyone from Tilt was paid as soon as the new processor was running. There were many players on there who also had been waiting 5-6 weeks for cashouts. Their was just less panic about them b/c so many of the top american poker players are sponsors of that site. Also, you are right the ads could be the same as months ago. At least I still see the ads though so thats a good sign too. If and when a book is going under then their ads will start to be pulled from most sites. Sites don't want to be associated with a site that is crooked and ran off with people's money.

    Another thing: If sportsbook was having money problems then why wouldn't they just sell. This is a big name book we are talking about that has been around a long time. They have a lot of customers. Even with the cloud surrounding the US market there has got to be interest in obtaining sportsbook.com.

    as i understand it, the amount of money you deposit, not withdrawal, determines eligibility for MVP status. so no, your 5200 in withdrawals does not make you special.

    as for the treating people differently based on MVP or not, you say it does not, nor should not matter. well, before you start posting and saying it doesn't matter, perhaps you should add something more than your opinion. the fact that you haven't even heard of it tells me maybe you don't know much about the topic.

    as long as sportsbook.com and jazette enterprises are still developing gaming software @ http://www.alea.ca
    with about 120 well paid people i wouldn't worry that much about getting paid.

    they have the money, and they now have the solution to pay everyone.

    i think 5-8 days from now on and the world looks much better for all that are waiting for payouts.

    I'll just be glad when (crosses fingers and says a prayer) the first wave of players get their bank wires in the next few days. That way all this panic will die down and it will be back to business as usual. Trun judging from your posts it seems like your wire should be coming through sometime around Friday or Monday.     I just dont understand why no one can get a straight answer.

    It seems that even when the SBR guys try to get some onfo, they get just as much a run-around/ half-ass answer we get.

    You would think somehow the management could be contacted by someone.

    Gambling911.com website makes it sound like they have a specific relationship, so how about we hound that website, to try and get some info. They probly have contact info, maybe if we send them enough emails they will help and try to resolve the issue.

    It is hard to beleive that sportsbook is going anywhere. They have put significant money into things, and their poker room is recently developed.

    Just an idea. Use whatever relationships sportsbook.com has to get to them.

    Exactly why I use my debit and credit card to fund the sites. Cause if they don't want to pay me then I ********** on their asses. You don't pay, then I will get my money back through a **********. So far so good and I have not had to do this, but Sportsbook.com is on the verge of getting one. I will give them more time as I have some doubts and realize it's hard to get a payment processor right now.

    alea was the us facing arm of sportingbet's software development.
    jazette bought it with the us facing sites sportsbook.com and many other sbet site's a day after the unlawful gaming thingy passed the us senat.

    it was cheaper for sportingbet to sell it than to close it.

    since the early days of oktober alea belongs to jazette.
