THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT POST BROTHER!!

As I have said from the beginning on here! NOBODY on here knows whether the TOTAL play of ALL players on all these slots returned their "expected return" or not! Because all we have is ONE PLAYER'S results during that 9 month period!

So for some people to take ONE PLAYER'S results and then assume that these slots were "flawed" is an incredible leap to me! Because as you just said, NOBODY knows whether these slots returned MORE or LESS than their expected return during the 9 month period!

Because you obviously haven't conducted any self study into the relevant concepts of mathematical statistics yet.

What is "improbable" or "flawed" about that to you?
Many here have tried explaining it to you multiple times, and it's not getting through, so I'm done.

There are several of us that have tried to explain to you that you don't take just one sample of the overall results and then start assuming things from your small sample especially assuming that the game is flawed for paying out too much when you don't even know if it paid out too much because you don't know all the results! As far as you know it might have paid out less, you have no idea, and we have tried to tell you that multiple times but you just won't listen.
I would never use concepts of mathematics or statistics when I only have the results from one player because that would be dumb as hell since I have no idea of the overall results of the slot game(s)

Yes thank you very much Pablo, I love it when you post stuff that is nice and relevant instead of rude, ugly and ridiculous! I would like to speak to everyone that is ignoring Pablo because of his bipolar posts, some of which are nice, and some of which are abusive and ugly. I want to remind you that you can also put me on ignore if you don't want to hear an opinion that might be the opposite of yours! Like several of us have tried to say on here, nobody even knows the overall return of these slots. Is the overall return + or - during these 9 months? We don't know!
Nobody knows anything besides this one player's results! So whoever is assuming things like the slots are "flawed" because of one player's results, and then they are getting mad at me for telling them that is ridiculous, then please put me on ignore too along with Pablo. I'm not a nutcase bipolar freak like him but I don't want anybody mad at me for replying to a post in a way that they didn't like because it did not agree with their post! LOL That's beyond ridiculous!

Very intelligent and logical post tommir. I will take it even a step further and say that I don't even have a "side" in this! Because I would never have a side since I only know the results of one player!
How could I pick a side when I don't know all the results of these slot games during the 9 month period?

And there is the end of this in a nutshell, I would never form an opinion or an assumption based on only a small amount of the total overall data. But I don't care who would form an opinion or an assumption with just limited data! If somebody wants to do that, then fine! I don't care! This is a freaking sports forum! We all have different opinions.
I just know my education won't let me make assumptions based on limited data! But I don't care who does!

The player found a bias and adjusted bet size accordingly. The book adjusted the setting of the game and he gave back 126K. He then either found another bias, or someone returned the game to the earlier setting.

The fact that settings can be changed, without alerting the player that a setting has been changed, makes these online game fraudulous, in my opinion.

He won the $ on "(Take the Bank and Take Santa's Bank)". He lost the $126K on different slots. "I lost a confirmed amount of money equaling $126,000 primarily on three slot games (Book of Darkness, Reels of Wealth, and Fairies)."

Personally I think he exploited the flawed Bank games and attempted to mask it by intentionally giving back some $ on the other games. I'd have done the same in his situation -- can't just play 1 slot and win THAT consistently.

I agree. It's hard to form an opinion with limited data. But they should either explain what the glitch was, or pay that man his money. If there was a glitch, it must have been fixed because those games are available again for anyone to play.

Why then did they pay him a sizable amount and then stop out of no where? Why didn't they just disable those two games in his account? What took them so long to stop payment?

Interesting comments. I played all the slot games to win. I don't play slots to intentionally lose any money. Why would I intentionally want to lose $126,000? No one would. Masking winnings? Seriously? Come on.

I played all the slots to win and have fun along the way. Does anyone play slots to intentionally lose money? No.

I won on the other games too, but lost on all games. Even Take the Bank and Take Santa's Shop. The biggest losses came from Reels of Wealth, Book of Darkness, and Fairies, but I did have some win streaks on them as well. MYB Casino wanted to only focus on Take The Bank and Take Santa's Shop because those yielded the highest NET wins. I had extensive losing streaks on the Take games as well. Again, MYB doesn't not want to discuss that data. I asked them to analyze the whole period, not just the times I won at those games. Repeating as in prior posts, I played on 7-10 slots during this entire time. I won and lost on all of them. I just played the Take games more often.

Great question. Because the premise to stop paying me is bogus. That is the point. They made it up and had to try and come up with something like "you won on the Take games because of a 9-10 month glitch in those games that Betsoft made us aware of and to review your account".

All bogus. It was made-up to take my winnings away. All it is.

Not yet. The update I receive last night is that there is no news unfortunately, so they are "chasing them up now".

They are working on it. SBR fully supports my position. 100%. Multiple people at SBR are involved with this one. High profile complaint just on the value of the seized money alone, independent of the bogus reason for seizure of that money.

Correct. Horrible for their PR. You'd think they would pay me and promote me as a big winning Player. I could even comment on that in a positive way and help advertise them. Unreal that they have not thought of this. Why? Because they truly don't want, expect, or financially can support big winners at their casino. Facts.

I want to take a moment and thank the folks at SBR whom have been diligently working in helping to capture my balance back from MYB / My Bookie. I greatly appreciate SBR's consistent updates and overall efforts in working to resolve this matter in my favor. Your support is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to your continued updates. I am confident that your collected efforts in this matter will yield a positive outcome as a result.

Dude, they are constantly threatening to not pay out players who win just $5-15k over high crimes such as steam chasing or not complying with their 50/50 rule which many players don't see in their T&Cs. It's really difficult to imagine them overlooking $84k in total payout on an account that reached +$300k.

Something more is going on here, but I don't know what it is. Someone upthread mentioned the idea that maybe they wanted to observe so they could figure out what he was doing. That makes some sense, but it's an awfully high price to pay. I wonder if maybe the software vendor also had a stake in finding this out. Who knows.

But some of the other players playing these same slots may have lost MORE than this guy won. That is why you can't take ONE PLAYER'S data and start making wild assumptions! Maybe these slot games took in/returned EXACTLY what they were supposed to take in once you look at ALL the data from this time period. Thus there wouldn't be anything to "notice" because the game had both winners and losers, just like any other game does.
