OP has been shifty in this thread, which makes me distrust him and wonder if he's not telling the whole story. Look at how he wouldn't admit the bet he past-posted was a winner. The first time he only said "I did not receive any money from this wager", leading people to think his horse lost, to make his case appear stronger. After people questioned this, he still didn't answer straight-forwardly, saying "I was paid $0 from these wagers." Just say the horse you past-posted on won but Tony didn't pay you (OBVIOUSLY Tony didn't pay you, it was a freakin past-post). Why be shifty if you're completely in the right and have nothing to hide?

Tony at 5 Dimes stole my entire account because he said I passed posted on a horse wager. please keep in mind I did not receive any money from this wager however Tony insisted that he will close my account and take the funds away and not pay me a single dime. I have my full accout history to prove that out of hundreds and hundreds of horse wagers this was the 1 exception that happened. so as a result Tony felt he's been need to steal my entire balance due to 1 pass post horse race and keep in mind no money was won from this race. I was allowed to deposit no problem but when I requested a payout today he brought this up. now my account is close and he confiscated thousands of dollars due to this 1 pass POS horse race. I have the account history proof I have the deposits proof I have the chat history with Tony saying that he took all my money because of this 1 horse race. what happened during this race is that I expected the race to close as usual when the race goes off but it didnt and he thinks I cheated. yet this was the omly time anything like this ever happened. is it fair for Tony to steal my entire account balance when I did not win a single dime do to any of this horse race. He can tell me not to play thete but to steal my balance is uncalled for

Tony has a reputation for being a hardass who may tell you to get lost (which is his right) and pay you your balance but I've seen no evidence that he's a thief. So yeah, I'm personally still going to usually side with the proven business over random degens posting anonymously on this forum who intentionally leave out details in their story. Burden of proof is on OP, not on Tony

This is the best way to show if this guy's stories are consistent. We're backing some guy nobody knows based off of random stories that are starting to develop holes. Hating this thread, so easy to mess up with delays at the starting gate, horses refusing to go in the stalls, breaking through the gates, throwing jockeys off, vets taking another look if they're fit to run....races can go off 5-10 minutes past post time, how the f*** are you as a player guaranteed you don't get the bet in late when the post time is way past the official post time - especially if you're not watching the races live.....

Figure out a way to shut betting down once the races have started, or stfu, Mr. Tony.

Not playing at 5Dimes race book, even with the 10% rebate book, until this is settled, and it better be settled for the player unless there is some incredibly compelling proof he is doing this continuously.

The only thing we dont agree on is if it is right to do this or is it wrong to steal my balance.

No one is denying the fact these past post=ed wagers were not paid out, as they were refunded.
No one is denying all my other horse plays were in time and confirmed.

Find a way to shut betting down when the races go off. Betfair manages to do it for U.S. racing, betting is closed when they go into the gate.
Don't care if you have to dedicate someone to eyeball the start of every race at every track, or copy whatever Betfair does. But it is not the players exclusive responsibilty to know the exact moment of every race start time, when the start time can vary by so much.
Once again, figure out some way to stop betting before they go off!!!

Very few serious players would play at a place that closed 10 minutes before post. A horse may be a play at 8-1 odds, but the same horse would be a pass at 4-1, you often times can't get an idea what you'll end up with 10 minutes before post time.
