WTF who cares if he bet once the race had started, it's up to the employees at the book to do their job and take it down. Just like if a worker at Walmart puts the wrong price sticker on something, a customer can buy the item at the posted price by LAW. I take shots at books all the time, just last night bet365 were slow moving the live line on the knicks game, got them +185 when they were up 9, then immediately arbed it off by taking the Lakers +130 at another book. Books are scum and don't think twice about raping punters so when punters get a chance to hit them they should at every opportunity.

Books like 5Dimes will leave the play open during live-wagering. If the bet loses, they'll keep the money. If the bet wins, they'll say you "past-posted" and keep the money for themselves and screw you over.

how much was the payout on this wager you "past posted". I know you didnt get paid for it. What has happened since then? What did they tell you when they figured out you past posted? How late was this wager placed? was the race already over? I'm sick of this fukker Tony always having an out with a bet or a payout.. If you are allowed to post a bet its on the book to honor. Hire some fukking competent employees who know how to take down wagers after an event starts.. Part of me thinks Tony does this shit on purpose to avoid and/or delay a payout by putting it all on the player instead of taking responsibility for his book
